Each item requires up to 14 business days for production, followed by free worldwide express shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOM – Alterations & Adjustments

CUSTOM gowns are made according to the customer’s submitted measurements.

For bridal gowns, the customer will additionally receive one alteration and fitting adjustment after receiving the gown, according to the policy, to ensure a precise and flattering fit.

Within Israel – complimentary door-to-door courier service, including collection and return.

Worldwide – partial shipping costs may apply depending on the destination.

Returns

Bridal Gowns

Full-price bridal gowns may be returned within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.

CUSTOM gowns made according to the customer’s personal measurements are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

CUSTOM gowns made in exceptional sizes are non-returnable (for further details, please contact us).

SALE items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Evening Gowns

Evening gowns may be returned within 14 days of delivery, free of charge, for store credit or exchange only.

• Unworn
  
• Unwashed
  
• Unaltered
  
• Undamaged
  
• Returned in their original packaging with all tags attache

Refunds for full-price items will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
